How to replace your home inverter (UPS) exhaust fan

If your home ups exhaust fan is not working then you have to fix it, because without the fan ups can't cool down and it will decrease the life of the ups. But the exhaust fan in some ups only work when temperature increases, then how you know that the fan is faulty or the ups is not kicking the fan. you can test it by reconnecting the battery of ups (when you reconnect the battery some ups will make noise and turn fan on and off) or turn on the load without grid power, when you turn on the load touch and feel the case and make sure it is warm and even if the fan is not kick in then it may be your fan is faulty.( In this step there is a chance to over heat the ups and may damage or decrease the life, so i don't recommend this step)

Inverter will produce high voltage which can kill you and if you don't do it carefully then may cause damage to you or inverter, so if you don't have any idea about it then please don't do it.
