HOW TO MAKE WATER TANK LEVEL CONTROLLER FULLY AUTOMATIC (DIY) | MS TECH

Now a days electricity bill is increasing because of our usage electricity providers don't have enough to give us and they increasing the bill,so today i decided to make automatic water level controller which will make your water pump fully automatic and no more overflows so we save much electricity and most importantly water.

We need 555ic,bc548 transistor-2,resistor 10k,100-2,diode 1n4007,relay 30a,dot board and some wires. This is simple circuit you can make it by watching the video below or by watching the circuit above.

HOW IT WORK?

When water tank gets low, low sensor can't get power from vcc and the 555ic understand that water is low and it turn on the transistor (which is mini switch)and when transistor turns on automatically relay also turn because transistor complete the path for current to pass it relay and relay turn on (relay is a automatic switch that can be used for high voltages switch on and off purpose) and if the relay turns on the water pump will turn on (because relay complete the circuit and the current will flow through relay to the water pump).

When the water tank gets full, 1st vcc come contact with low sensor then 555ic lock or save. 2nd vcc,low sensor comes contact with full sensor (now both sensor shorted) in this time the 555ic understand the condition and turn off the transistor so that relay connection open and no current pass through relay and relay turn off and if the relay turn off (inside the relay is the coil and moving stick which is conductor and when we power the relay current pass through this coil and it become temporary magnet and the magnet pull the stick when the stick pulled by magnet it touches the two contact and current pass through on contact to other so if the relay turns off then the temporary magnet loss it's magnetism and the stick don't get pulled and it will move to opposite side because of small spring mechanism and the 2 path don't get shorted) then the water pump turn off.

Now i told you, when vcc and low get shorted with the help of water it locks that this is because it make sure only turn on the pump when the water gets below the low sensor.
